Assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation these things we can see in the clinical decision support syasyst(CDSS). Here if the patient came to the hospital with any diagnosis based on that we need to provide the treatment for them. So while providing the treatment we have to acriac the assessment (subject data, objective data) , planning, based on the diseases condition we need to plan for them inorder to reduce the disease. Intervention means providing accurate suggestions for the people inorder to reduce effect of disease. Evaluation , finally based on the care we are providing for the patient we can conclude the patient condition.
