1.Desire to study life saving profession.One who knows the life saving measures in emergency situation can save a life in anywhere. This idea attracted to chose this profession.

2.When posted as a student nurse in psychiatric ward one of the patient have mild depression asked permission for walking but the incharge nurse permit him only in corridor of the ward , while walking suddenly he tried to jump from the large window into the ground. I was the person standing near him.I saved him and controlled him then others came thus saved a life.Its a typical day for me.

3.Management classes prepared me for this job.This subject gives much motivation for me.This will helps us to manage and coordinate the activities of the work in the unit.It is much important.

4.Empathy is the one important quality a nurse should possess.It will include all the other qualities. One with empathy will always have readiness to work not expect from others. Done with the job properly and thus confidentiality also maintained this is enough to be a nurse.This will be achieved only by the quality of empathy.

5.Employers expect for the applicants to have experience in well equipped ICUs to handle all the new equipments and a nurse with clinical knowledge and skills also should have knowledge on system operation.Now most of the organization are expecting this.

6.Personal characteristics is dedication towards work.

7.It is not always possible because we can't say what will happen in a day.Schedule is not suitable in clinical situation.

8.The demand and frustration is work load due to poor staffing pattern as one nurse for more patient and over time than prescribed and low pay.

9.The success is familiar with skills of doing a procedure and updating in the field.

10.Of course it is growing field.It will ever have demand globally and it is not simply a RN its now expanded the scope of the field.

11.Technology in this field is upcoming medical equipment and software used in the organization for organizing and managing work and also for record keeping.

12.Job listings are usually available in the web.p

13. It is no way for the arts graduate into the field one should must have a proper course and practice to enter into this field.
