Union Carbide India Limited (UCIL) was affected by a gas leak in pesticide plant in Madhya Pradesh, India. It led to the death of a large number of people and also people in the surrounding areas suffered with various diseases also due to this gas leak.

Organization mismanaged the tragedy. Owner of the plant Warren Anderson was solely responsible for the tragedy.He was charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder but he flew away from India just four days after the tragedy happened.

They did a very bad job by playing with people lives. It was a very dangerous disaster in the history of human beings which led to the loss of a large number of lives.
