• individual risk rating imposes the greatest financial burden on the people with mental health problems and with family history of mental health problems .
• due to the high cost and chronic nature of mental health problems ,private insurers are likely excluding mental health services.
• most private insurers will refuse to cover the pre existing mental health services .
• some of the chronic mental health problems such as drug and alcohol abuse ,bipolar dis orders ,psychosis are excluded in some european countries.
