  2. .How to store the Norepinephrine injection and give your counseling to patient?

Solutions

Expert Solution

A. Continuous light gave higher norepinephrine concentration in Pia arachnid, and it is inner gated from the supercervical sympathetic ganglia and it is influenced by external light stimuli.norepinephrine solution can be stored in PVC bags at 4 degree C for up to 61 days with protection from light. Storage period could include up to 24 h at room temperature, without protection from light.

B. Store at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from heat and light.

C. At higher moisture contents in ibuprofen, thre will be decrease in tablet strength( beyond 3.5 %w/w).increasing moisture content up to about 2.5% progressively increased compact strength probably due to the hydrodynamic lubrication effects of moisture promoting optimum transmission and utilisation of compaction force and the formation of a moisture film around the drug. This moisture film, which was tightly bound, could be regarded as a part of the surface molecular structure of the particles and facilitated the formation of inter particle hydrogen bonding. This bonding produced an increase in the van der Waals forces and so smoothed out the surface microirregularities and reduced interparticle separation.

D. Keep paracetamol suppository in temperature below 25 degree c.
