Answer : Organisational Communication is a process by which
information has been exchanged between subordinate at different
levels through symbols, verbal , signs and behaviour.
Different Challanges
that have faced by the organisation are :
- Sometime communication is not understandable by the listener
because there is problem voice of communicator that it is too high
or too slow.
 
- Technology problem also resulted in misunderstanding
communication. Example : When there is video calling sometime voice
of the speaker is not clear.
 
- Language barriers such as listener do not know the language
that speaker speaks. So there is no use of communication so
listener do not understand any word or pharse properly.
 
- Cultural barriers such as if speaker and listener should be
different culture than the communication should be
ineffective.
 
- Sometime speaker is too much talktive and do not communicate
information which is relevant.
 
- Sometimes there should be lack of clarity it means when
information should be given it should not be clear.
 
To overcome the
challanges of communication are :
- The organisation manager should created a friendly enviornment
so that if employee do not understand any agenda they can
communicate easily with there subordinate and there head.
 
- The organisation manager conducted regular meeting so that
communication between manager and sub-ordinate become
effective.
 
- Proper feedback should be acquired from employee so there are
less chances of mistake.
 
- Do not add emotional feeling in the communication.
 
- Provide true aspect of knowledge to there employee.
 
- Make communication interesting so that listener cannot feel
bored.
 
- Use suitable language so that all listener can understand.
