Technology has spearheaded the change in the way people communicate with each other using different gadgets with the help of internet. What was once only the written communication today has become even face-to-face communication through video conference and other social media. Telephone communications received voice messages and moved on to mobile phones but today, one could literally connected everyone with a single click of their gadgets. All these have given more comfort and convenience for people who frequently travel but still has to communicate almost all the information and at times hourly update, may be on sales, marketing, contracts, negotiations, training etc. Although it is said that this enormous growth in communication technologies have reduced face-to-face human communication, it has sped up the communication process and at the same time made it very simple.
