Intervention is refers to a situation in which two or more than
two people are involved in some particular issue and are not
getting successful to resolve it.In that situation a third person
involve to solve this issue.This particular decision taken by the
third person termed as intervention.
OD Intervention: The final decision
which has taken to achieve the goal of the organization can be
termed as OD (Organization Development)Intervention.
Various Interventions used in OD process:
- Team building:It is the activities which help
the team members to learn how to interact and how to increase the
openness and trust among the team members.
- Process Consultation:The main purpose of the
process Consultation is that for an outside consultant to assist
the client about the process events through which the consultant
identify the process.
- Sensitive Training:It refers to the form of
training in which people have more aware about their goal and they
also sensitive to other.It also refers to the issues of gender and
multicultural sensitive.
- Intergroup Development: Intergroup development
refers to the overall organization development.The main Aim of the
Intergroup development is to improve the cooperation as well as
coordination among the worker in the group.
- Survey Feedbacks: It is a technique to
resolve the differences like perception,attitude by using survey
