Organizational Development is the process of Development of organization by way of setting goals, implementing them, and analyzing the results of the action. The growth of Organizational Development can take place by the following methods:-

1) The company should continuously improve their performance by taking into account different methods and selecting the best method suitable for the company's growth and development. Organizational Development helps in finding different methods in which the company can grow and prosper.

2) To grow, the company should interact more with the employees and take into account their feedback and reviews. In this way, the company knows what the customer wants and can develop those goods and services that satisfy the customer's needs.

3) The company should take into account the Development of the employees also. It can be done by organizing various development programs and encouraging employees to achieve the company's goal.

4) To grow and develop, the companies should focus more on the customer's satisfaction by getting feedback from them and providing other services. It can also be done by producing right quality products and providing them at a cheaper cost.
