The Organisational Assessments in the Organisational Development have their own advantages and disadvantages which are as follows:
1. The advantages for the organisational assessments allows the organisation for identifying the weaknesses as well as the strengths of the organisation on what they are working leading and assigning their work for. The assesments help you to identify the various stakeholders of the organsiation, evaluate the operational working, the success achieved, the accuracy of the standards and how well the organisation is performing as per the industrial rates, norms, demand and supply forces of the market.
2. The disadvantages of the organisational assesments mainly includes the time and the costs analysis. Many a times, employees also resist such organisational assessments as they tend to make them feel observed and judged which is not tolerable by them. The same activity is difficult to take over, costs a lot, needs a lot of requirements and cooperation among people and also requires time for the mangement.
