Amazon is doing the best job in providing the ultimate customer experience because their main aim is to proving customer satisfaction. So, they provide each and every services to the customers. They provide customer service to try the cloths and if they don't like them or they are not fit then they can replace that or exchange that. Amazon provides return policy on most of their product except the products which are related to some hygiene issues. They also provide 2-hour delivery to customers related to all the essential goods. Which attracts the customer more towards themselves. Also, they regularly recreate clothesquiz or spin the wheel game to provide some exciting gifts to their regular customers. Their unique and consistent service make amazon stand out and unique in their service.
