Expert Solution

The incidence of abuses (whether child, partner, adult or elder) is completely related to social culture or racial context worldwide. Hence there is need of consideration of such factors before going deep in the major issues.

As considering the case child abuse is a significant public health problem involving the acts of commission or omission by a parent, caregiver any many other adults resulting in potential harm or threat to child.

Child labor is very serious problem in this context.

use of belt to spank on a child is not a sign of dominancy. hence it is not desired in the society.

Along with this child trafficking is very serious issue in developing countries. Along with this sexual abuse is very shameful but existing in the society.

Another consideration of abuse is Intimate Partner Violence which is defined as a pattern of assaultive & coercive behaviors, including physical, sexual and psychological attacks that adults or adolescents use against their intimate partners.

In some cases it is seen that removal of and suturing of vaginal opening that is just a cutural attitute due to illiteracy, as lack of awakening.

hence in this case public awakening is highle desired.

At the household level, it is seen that women deny for reporting such cases of abuse, but as the increasing media involvement as well as public awakening the more and more cases are getting reported.

Domestic violence is going towards the rape case as considered by the social reformers. In some cases it is the culture that rapist is punished financially and the rape survivor is emotionally suports and financial suport for child surviving in the rape.

but it is not the solution as there are so many problem to rape survivors as the society bycottes such women.

At the same time so many acts are getting framed to tackle such legal cases. Sometimes the counseling is a very effective tool to solve such issues.

At the concept of adult abuse it is by the organization as well as by the small factories.

There is tendency to use more and more human work on workers without keeping in mind their welfare and wellbeing.

Hence there is need of proper health safety of the adults in the organization

At the last as per elderly abuse is concerned there are chances of mental/psychological exploitation of old people compelling to go in old age home.

Hence elderly people should be given a proper time and affection rather than the money.
