The change process is similar to the nursing process because “indentifying a problem” followed by collecting required clinical data & information has similar type “planning” and” implementation process as in nursing process.

Yes, it is possible to see some changes that benefited nursing pactice. The method of planning is required resources to make sufficient changes in the work force finally establishing a feedback system in order to evaluate its progress and success.
