  • It helps in keeping team healthy and happy, also providing health coverage to employee signals that the employer cares about their well-being.
  • Few of the employer needs to give health coverage to their employee under Affordable Care Act.
  • It helps to increase the productivity if the employee and employee don't have to think so much about the well-being of themselves and their family.
  • It has tax benefits to the employer as well which further motivates them to give health coverage to their employee.
