Weaken our immune system

The microbes present in the environment on earth enter our body by any means. This affects our immune response against these microbes which are antigens for our body. The entry of microbes inside the body for the first time results in a primary immune response which is not that strong. But if the same microbe enters the body for the second time, then due to memory cells, secondary immune response is produced which is much more stronger than the primary immune response. This overall process helps in strengthening our immune system. It helps us to fight against this microbes.

But if the microbes are absent in the environment, like that of Martian surface, then the immune system will not encounter any microbes and no primary and secondary responses will be produced. This will weaken our immune system. So now whenever a new microbe will enter in the body, the immune system will not be able to fight with it.
