Describe the activity of our immune system against the pathogen measles
Immune system play a important role in measles. Initially immune response is restricted due to interferon(IFN) initiation that causes virus replicaiton and spread in 10-14days, with in 2-3days patient will have fever, cough, runny nose, and conjunction followed by maculopapular rash from face to trunk and extremities. the rash appear when Me-v specific adaptive cellular immune response and coincdents of virus infection associated with viral RNA persistence for several weeks of immune suppression.during acute infection adaptive immune response and CD8+T cell mediated clearance infectious virus after clearance of infectious virus, MeV RNA can be detected. Prolonged virus clearance causes immune suppression and development of life long immunity to re-infeciton and other associated illness. during viral RNA clearance, Mev specific antibody matured and T cell functions in type 1 and 17 response for promote B cell development. T cell immunity makes an individual low-level antibody. T cell reach to control the virus infected cells once infection occurred. contribution of T cells protection makes neutralized antibody. RNA clearance, T cell immunity causes general T cell and antibody response. it needs MeV specific antibody and CD4, CD 8+ T cell response for immune-mediated clearance, and long life protection with effective.
