1, Basic principles of a healthy diet:
-Consume more fruits and vegetables.
- Eat grains and moderate amounts of milk, meat, and fish.
- Reduce the intake of high fat, salt, sugar, and processed
foods.
- drink an adequate amount of fluids and regular meals.
2, white blood cells are called lymphocytes that are stored in the
different parts of the body in thymus, spleen, bone marrow, lymph
nodes. the immune system creates antibodies against the threat or
infection. Lymphocytes play an important role in defending the body
against disease. Two types of lymphocytes are B cells T cells. B
cells that make antibodies that attack bacteria, toxins. T cells
kill the cells that are infected with a virus and other pathogens.
It determine which immune response the body make particular
pathogens. B cells and T lymphocytes are memory cells that destroy
the microbe when it enter to the body.
3, If all our body system works together it keeps our body healthy.
bone and muscles work for movement of the body, respiratory system
responsible for oxygen exchange, circulatory system carry o2,
water, and nutrients to cell throughout the body. it picks waste
products created by cells like co2, delivers these waste products
to kidneys and lungs for disposal.
4, Health promotion improves health status of the people, it
enhances quality of life, reduces premature deaths, helps for a
healthier choice, and reduces disease risk and disability. It
eliminates health disparities. healthy promotion and maintenance is
important to achieve continuous and optimal health.
