In 500 words, describe how you have engaged in dialogue and learning from others to advance public health goals during your field experience.

learning takes place from one anoter,which is called social learning.This social learning is possible through 3 factors,
1.cognitive factors;through knowledge,expectations,attitudes
2.behavioral factors;social norms,access in community and influence on others
3.environmental factors;skills,practice,self efficacy
Individuals that are observed are called models,such as parents within family,friends and teachers at school.
Firstly,Children pay attention to some of these people and encode their behavior.Laterthey imitate the behavior they observed.
second,the people will respond to the behaviorwith either reinforcement or punishment.
If a child imitates models behavior and the coseqences are rewarding,the child is likely to continue performing the behavior.
Third,the child will also take in account that,what happens to others when deciding whether or not to copy someonesaction.
Identification occurs with another person(model)nand involvestaking on observed behaviors,values,beliefs and attitudes of the person with whom you are identifying.

In the same manner, the person also learns to advance in public health goals during field experience.
During education period student observes,imitates as public health professionals by setting below goals.

the Bachelor of public health student will be able to,
*assess individualand community needs,assets for health education.
*plan effective health education programs
*conduct evaluation and research relatedto ealth education
*administer and manage health education programs

After pursuing Bachelor Degree ,they imitates,practice to provide care to meet the needs in the community by achieving following goals,

Goals and objectives in public health programs to meet community needs are;
*successfully participate in the professional certification process.
*encourage and promote public health education within the framework of legal,ethical,moral and professonla standards.
*provide leadership within the public health profession.
*collaborate with other professionals,staff,communities and consumers in the planning,implementation and evaluation of health education programs
