Its also known as living will in which person specifies what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer be able to take decision when they are sick or ill.

Enduring power of attorney is the form of legal document where a patient alot a person to take decisions on their treatment and procedures when they are ill.
In this you can allot a person near to take decision regarding your health and treatment or surgeries when you are in the situation unable to take decisions.
3.3)
Refusal of treatment is the human right, one can reject to take treatment if they are not willing to take treatment.
If the patient refusing treatment, it need to be documented.
