write an Implication and Assumptions for Classical Conditioning or Operant Conditioning, Observational learning?

Solutions

Expert Solution

1)Classical conditioning: In this type of learning process we combines our naturally occurs stimulus to environmentally occurs stimulus. It is proposed by Ivan Pavlov.

An Implication for Classical conditioning:

  • It is also using psychological treatment like aversion therapy. In this therapy doctors breaks the association between environmental stimulus and naturally occur stimulus.

Assumption for Classical conditioning:

  • Classical conditioning experiment did on a dog and Ivan Pavlov generalised the theory to whole living creatures. I think this is wrong process.

2)Operant Conditioning: In this type of learning process we learns something to gain rewards or to avoid punishments. It is proposed by B.F.Skinner.

Implication of Operant Conditioning:

  • This theory helping governments to control public by giving punishments like fine, Imprisonment etc.,

Assumption Operant conditioning:

  • I think this theory not works for rebel people. Because rebel people never care about punishments and awards.

3)Observational Learning: It is proposed by Albert Bandura. He proposed that people learns through observation and following others.

Implication Of Observational learning:

  • This theory helping people to use their intellectual power effectively.

Assumption Of Observational learning:

  • Although observational learning is great thing. This knowledge not tells us about practical problems.
