The client of 14 year old will do following exercise,as she follow the running pattern and used to run 1 mile daily and as running can significantly improve physical and mental health, running is a form of aerobic exercise so it can reduce stress,improve heart health and even help to overcome the symptoms of depression, Running can be blissfull,meditative and provide a sense of freedom also running improves the cardiovascular health. and the most important benefit of running is the brain power increases..
EXERCISE that comes under cardio,mascular endurance and static stretching ::--
(a) CARDIO EXERCISE ::-- Cardio is defined as any type of exercise that gets heart rate up and keeps it up so respiratory system system will start working hard and we begin to breath faster and more deeply ,blood vessels will expand to bring more oxygen to muscles and our body will release natural painkillers(i.e. endorphins). Exercise that comes under cardio are ;;; JUMPING , DANCING ,RUNNING ,SPORTS {football.basketball}, BRISK WALKING, SWIMMING,CYCLING (b) MASCULAR Exercise ::;--Mascular endurance refers the ability of a given muscle to exert force,consistency and repetitively over a period of time,muscular exercise increases stamina of body.,, Exercise comes under muscular exercise are PLANK,SQUAT,PUSHUPS, (c)STATIC STRETCHING:::-Strectching make a difference to make muscles relax after exercise and it also affect the flexibility and exercise performance, , stretching increases the flexibity and movement of body after exercise.
