1.Temper tantrums are violent emotional outbursts ,usually in responce to frustation. tirdness, hunger.. child may scream , cry , roll on the floor , throw things , viiolence ,holding breath, hitting ...
equaly common in males and females .and occur in the age of 1 to 3 yrs,. it is normal part of child development.
steps to stop temper tantrum are stay calm , distract him , try humors , help undo frustations , dont give in to demands
2. the goals of discipline for a preschooler are , to assist children inndeveloping skills for making decisions and helping them gradually gain self control to be responsible for their own behavior ,
methodes include , show and tell (teach them right and wrong in simple calm words)

3.according to american accademy of pediatrics (AAP) , a preschool age (3 to 6 yr age ) should have 10 to 12 hours of sleep per day.. usually gomto bed between 7 pm to 9pm and wake up around 6 am to 8 am.
