I discuss a situation you observed or in which you were the caretaker for someone who had several teaching needs. OUTLINE THE process used to assess,plan,and teach the client and family members. Using theory from this chapter ,identify what was successful and what was not successful related to teaching and learning for this client and family. What would you do differently from what was done when you are in a similar situation in the future? From this experience, what did you learn about yourself and teaching clients and families?

In this situation as a care taker for the client who is having several teaching needs, i will first study of patient history, his/her family concerns as well as overall belongings of him/her as pshychological/leducationa/ social background.

Then fist will make a categorization of the needs as well as positive and negative aspects of his/her life.

then i will plan for the proper and effective care of client focussing the patient counselling/ teaching in concern to the the present challenges.

At the same time i will also include the family member's counselling as it will directly affect the outcomes of my care plans.

Hence the inclusion of the family will make a positive impacts on the care plans offered by me.

Simuslaneously i will enlist what was the succesfull plan and what was not.

And in future i will apply the same in the similar situation.

And will also make a different plan as the indivisulization of the care is concerned.

  

Finally i would state that every situation of the care plan has its positive and negative concerns, but as an effective care taker i will emphasize on the positive one, as it will be a learning of myself for effective delivery of care as well as offering teaching of clients and families.
