Among this one of the advanced method is 360 degree feedback.This is a method by which feedback from supervisors, colleague, emoloyees etc are gathered for making a decision on emoloyees performance appraisal.360 degree methods solicits feedback for the Employee from different angles and different people in the organizations. This also gives an introspection for employees to rate themself based on their achievements, their gaps and flaws. 350 degree feedback is much more streamlined than MBO type. This helps in developement purpose and also providing necessary feedback and improve their performance very systematically. It avoids the conflicts and also reduces the ambiguity which exist in other methods of appraisal systems.
