Human beings are indeed divine. They are unique. This divinity and uniqueness must be respected. Unity in variety is the essence of life.

Promoting and emphasising one's ego is a futile and perishable aspect. But being with the team and realising the esssence of the team is an eternal facet.

In a team, the accomplishment of the set goals and thereby experiencing the beauty of life and at the same time getting elevated is the core part. This will never be cultivated when there's an inclination towards "Me".

"Togetherness" is a constructive learning because every team member is having an opportunity to learn from the other perennially.

If there's a hypothetical importance to the individual self by everyone, the power, calibre, potential and skills will scatter/ diverge and team will be at loss but if there's convergence of these attributes, team will emerge victorious and the individuals will also be benefitted indirectly. Thus, there happens to be a win- win situation.
