Tell me about a time you needed strong negotiation skills
Negotiation skills are very important on various points of business but it becomes extremely important if you are dealing with outside customers or venders of the company. Negotiation is generally done between buyer and seller for the right or acceptable price of a product or services on which both can agree. But there are other types of negotiations also like salary negotiations for new job, negotiation on terms and conditions for new contract etc. I felt the need of strong negotiation skills at the time of my first job interview regarding the job location and offered salary. But I think that negotiation skills is a two way process where both parties are willing to give and take.
