The main aim of the study is to assess the patient satisfaction level with the nurses call responsiveness.
The call light usage perceived by the patient.
Delays in call responses lead to patient's falling and patient dissatisfaction.
Patient falls during hospital stay lead to injury, increased length of stay, additional costs.
It relates the relationship between the call usage, response time, and the patient satisfaction.
The data report says that the increased call rate response will significantly predict patient fall rate.
Call light response increases prediction over call light usage.
The independent variable is the patient response time and the dependent variable used in the study is the total fall rate, injurious rate, and patient perception.
Thus the findings from the various hospitals will promote the safer stay of the patient in the hospital, the contribution of staff members, and outcomes of satisfaction. The patient is more satisfied with the call light responses. It increases the responsiveness of staff members against call light.
