A Health care CEO will use different ways to tackle any disparity in the area where they serve.
1.By developing a structural organization that has a value system embedded in it.
Every health care system has a set of principles ,morales and values that has a definite role,while making decisions.Inorder to reduce disparities and to create equality these set rules must be followed under the leadership of a higher authority such as CEO.Diverse communities are an asset to the society,since being diverse ,they are more sentimental and if not properly taken care could result in urest within the health sector.
2.Appropriate use of Leadership quality:
Developing health equity in the health sector ,is a highly callenging situation.Therefore the persons who bear the designation of CEO,should be able to put a control of disparities by thinking logically and engaging effectively with all segments of the community.
3.By creating a diverse workforce
Employing a Human resources program that has the ability to identify,recruit and trains staff to provide health care,which is free from linguistics inequalities.
4.Using evidence based measures of care to deliver cultural and linguistic competence
It is advised that the Organization should communicate with patients and family members in their own language to avoid any discrepancy and be responsive to the patients individualized cultural and linguistic competence.
5.Expansion of the diversity of the organizations leadership team and governance body
It involves widening of perspectives and responding effectively to all needs of the population.The higher authority be willing to represent and respond genuinely to the needs of the diverse population they serve thereby creating harmony among the group members.
