4. Due to personal, cultural and ethinic health beliefs some community don't accept the healthcare by their own will
5. Due to differences and unavailability of health insurance status.
6. Geographical difference : people living at mountains and geographically difficult area unable to access the healthcare

• Contribution of healthcare difference to disparities in health :

1. Some specific groups in population with personal / cultural health beliefs more unhealthy as compared to others because they don't take proper healthcare
2. Poor people are unable to receive good quality proper healthcare, so they found more ill or unhealthy in the population
3. People in difficult geographical area are not treated in time or not treated due to Inaccessibility
4. For People without health insurances, its hard to access or get proper quality healthcare which left them separated from the insured ones
