Ans1) Following are the nine interconnected dimensions of wellness:

c) Ballistic Stretching: Ballistic stretching is a warm-up stretch that involves fast and sudden movements to increase flexibility. It is mainly used to increase muscle power and range of motion.
d) PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training, which involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted.
e) Isometric Stretching: An advanced form of flexibility training that must be prescribed with caution, it is useful for developing extreme range of motion associated with martial arts.
