DETOMEHR Inc has a structure that aligns its people and resources first to Human Resources and then to its Consulting Platform. The company has placed a lot of effort into the design of their organization based on the belief that the design has a great impact on the organization's functioning and efficiency. It has three core services: Analytics, Engineering and Defense Services. There is one unique fact about the three core services. While Analytics (brings in $50M) and Engineering ($75M) placements are conducted with Human Resources taking the lead in qualifications and employee capability assessments, Defense Services ($150M) are 100% controlled by 3 of the 23 partners in the company.

Answer 17= the main issues in this organization structure is that the main focus remains on just having the great design and all the other aspect o the organizational structure are ignored such as smooth operation, clear hierarchy, free communication, effective decision making and so on which are also equally and in fact quite critical fro the overall success of the organization.

Answer 18- The main advantage of this structure is that these structures are quite suitable for the project-based operations and the accountability of the managers can be fixed for the success or failure of the projects These units can distribute the resources among themselves to fulfill the different requirements of the projects.

Answer 19= The main problem that can be faced in the management of these sorts of the organization is that there can be a number of coordination issues and the only by focusing on the design of the organization, the other aspects of the organization such as coordinated efforts will be ignored. There can be an internal clash between the different departments
