Due to the changed modes of crimes and terrorism in the 21st century, it is very important that public security professional does the hypervigilance in order to protect innocent people from terrorists and also for reducing the crime rate.

After the 9/11 attacks proved that we need more security from deadly criminals and terrorists. It can happen only with the help of hyper-surveillance.

In Los Vegas, deadly mass shooting showed that protection room of the large group of people in events like concerts, sports matches, public gathering etc. is the very difficult task. Dedicated attackers can be mixed with the crowd very easily. Hence, it is very important that away should increase surveillance and security should be tighter.

Microchip implantation is increasing in order to track and do surveillance people anytime and anywhere.due to latest technologies microchip is used very much for surveillance, security, army, tracking and spying purposes.

Technical advancement and new inventions like the microchip, GPS, and smartphone etc. influence the expectancy of people living within it.

Cyber crimes and cyber terrorism are one of the major threat to humanity in the 21st century.

It is more harmful than the traditional type of terrorism because of its vast reach and capability.

Due to the rapid increase in Internet and other social media platforms world is connected like never before. hence, it becomes more easy for cybercriminals and hackers to do cyber crimes and spread terrorism. This type of crimes is not easily detectable. Hyper-surveillance is very important in order to track and catch offenders.

In 21st century authorities of every country faced the new type of challenges for ensuring privacy and protects human rights of their citizens. cyber crimes needed the programmes that specifically target cyber criminals, the amendment is required in the penal code to make hacking criminalize. Cyber crimes include personality theft, children abuse, online blackmailing, damages to property and services, and for spreading false propaganda etc.

Hence, it is very necessary and demand of time to make collective efforts to fight against cyber terrorism.

Hence, this type of new crimes and terrorism can only be tackled by hypervigilance and very tight security.
