Your state Government hires interns for many of its offices. The Director of Human Resources has noticed that few of the interns submit all the needed paperwork and suspect that the problem is the form memo that goes out to interns. You've bee asked to revise the memo to make it more effective.
Subject: Getting your first paycheck on Time
So that you can receive you first paycheck on time. Please sent the following items to the office of Human Resources by the first working \day of next month. A copy of you Social Security card or a copy of your birth certificate, a copy of your driver's license, proof of enrollment in an accredited college (accepted items include a paid fee statement from the registar's office, a copy of your college identification card with the term and year on it, and proof of your grade status(e.g. first year, sophmore). Attach one of the following your latest grade report, your latest transcript , a letter from the registar's office verifying your grade status, a copy of you college identification card that shows what level you are in. Pay is based on how many quarter or semester hours you have completed. At the end of each term, notify Human Resources, You may be eligible for a pay increase.
Subject: Receiving the First Paycheck on time
In order to have the first paycheck on time, the candidate is required to facilitate the below-mentioned documents to the office of Human Resources on or before the first working day of the next month:-
A copy of Social Security card or a copy of birth certificate,
A copy of driver's license,
Proof of enrolment in an accredited college (accepted documents include a paid fee statement from the registrar’s office, a copy of college identification card with the term and year on it, and proof of grade status(e.g. first year, sophomore).
The candidate is also required to attach one of the following documents:-
Latest transcript,
A letter from the registrar’s office verifying your grade status,
A copy of college identification card showing current level.
The payment received by you will be subjected to the number of quarter or semester hours completed by you. You are also required to inform the Human Resource Department about the eligibility of pay increases at the end of each term,
