✓ quality: refers to the excellence of a good/services, that provides satisfaction and exceeds the expectations of customers. Quality makes a product/service worth buying and doesn't leads to any regret for spending money on such offerings that are of high quality.

✓ total quality refers to the excellence in all the processes, work performance and final outputs.

✓ total quality management is a process, used to increase the quality of work, processes and outputs with a controlled mechanism over all the resources and strict monitoring. It helps to guide employees and empower them, enhance leadership capabilities and improves the every step of various processes of operations, to bring the best quality results in terms of products/services.

✓ quality culture: refers to the culture of an organisation, that promote and encourage continuous improvements and stay focused on generating quality outputs.
