Question1.

Backups are very important for an organization it allows you to protect your valuable data at the loss whenever there s damage to the primary source. Creating backup is to protect the organization to get a secondary copy at the time of the damaged of the primary source.

The factors for the backup strategy are:

1. The backup is associated with cost as you need to buy resources to save your backup.

2. The location of the data backup center is another important factor to be considered.

3.There are different backup strategies available the one you select is the factor that suits your business.

4.The security of the backup is the most important as you want to make sure that your backup is protected so this is the most important factor.

Question2.

Different types of backup strategies are:

1. Full Backup, this scheme allows you to backup all the required files and folders, this is very fast and disadvantage s redundancy.

2. Incremental Backup, this scheme allows you to backup all changes, it is incremental so it avoids redundancy.

3. Differential backup, this scheme also allows us to first make a complete backup, and then subsequent backups are the changes.

Question 3: A differential backup only backups the files that have changed from the last time, while the incremental backups everything that is changed since the last backup. So, the incremental has less storage space requirement than then differential backup. Also backing up from incremental is easier compared to the differential.

Question 4. Data sovereignty is related to the data collected for government records and is subjected to all the laws and governance structures. So, data sovereignty is related to the concept that informational data is converted into the binary format to protect the data based on the laws of the country to which the data belongs.
