Factors can improve the productivity and quality performance –

· Accountability – Make the employee accountable for their work, he can take small decision related to work by this he feels more responsible and owning the activity.

· Follow up- Take the regular follow-up with the team to get the work done on time, sometimes follow-up makes work faster.

· Encourage, motivate and recognize - Encourage the team, encouraging them helps them move forwards and even better than the current situation.

Timely recognize the employee for their best effort.

· Manage the workforce but avoid the micromanagement - Manage the team, provide the directions. But with this they must be also trusted, give the freedom for their work.

· Reach out to employee by seeking them out – try to understand what the employee trying to say and perform as the part of his team to resolve the issue.

· Demand the realistic target – Understand the process and demand the realistic target, do not demand the unrealistic target because loos the performance of work and mistake also done in work.

· Team Work – Work in the team and make the team understand that organization success depends on the all team member success not signal person make the work alone.

· Continuous improvement – this is one of the best practice. Work with the team on the philosophy of continuous improvement. Identify the opportunity to improve the performance.

· Ensure the tool and equipment capable – Ensure the tool right and ready to use. Try to implement the new tools which can improve the productivity.
