Chapter two

In chapter two should be about Literature review. That is, review of the literatures of all similar works related to your study

Chapter 3

This will discuss methodology and this will discuss the type of data you want to use either primary data which can be obtain through questionnaire administration to different respondent or you get data from reliable online site or publications which is secondary data. And you will discuss the Statistical tools to apply on the data here and from your thesis topic about food quality assessment looking at Cereal versus Non Cereal based types, you can decide to apply a descriptive analysis and comparative analysis which you are going to discuss under this chapter also and tell us some basic assumption if you are choosing Mann Whitney U test as your comparative analysis or choosing pair t test and so on.

Chapter four

Will talk about data presentation and data analysis. And off course you can use any suitable statistical software for your analysis and then interprete your result and also do Discussion of results here

Chapter five
Here should be your conclusion and recommendations. Of course based on your data analysis, you give a reasonable conclusion and proffer a useful recommendations
