Be respectful : we sholud respect all the cultures and ethics .keep in mind the golden rule.Treat people the way you want to treat. Avoid assumptions:Don't forget that people from different culture would have other customs ,beliefs, values or traditions that we should respect. Avoid judgments:When people around you act differtly,do not assume they are making a mistakes.learn to appreciate difference. Learn about other cultures:Research about traditions and lifestyle from another countries.when you keep an open mind to new or different things IRS easy to learn appreciate culture diversity.

2.Diversity means understanding that each other individuals is unique and recognizing our individuals difference.these can be long the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio economic status, age ,physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs or other ideologies.

Before implementation of Affordable Care act racial and ethnic minorities are under represented in the american health Care work place. It matters because minority health professionals ,particularly physicians, disproportionately serve minority and under served population and because minority patient tends to receive better interpersonal Care from practitioners of their own race or ethnicity, particularly in primary care and mental health settings.

The affordable Care act recognized the importance of workforce issues when it created the national health Care work force commission.Beyond this commission the ACA established or updated a number of other programs that may have an impact on the racial and ethnic composition of health care work force.

These programs are increased diversity of patients in health Care settings. *Expanded loan repayment and scholarship funding for disadvantaged students, many of who are members of unrepresented groups. * The ACA reauthorized the health career opportunity program. By this so many underrepresented people become health professional and server to their group. * Granted support programs that enhance the academic performance of minority students, support minority faculty development and facilitate research on minority health issues *Provided grants to support the community health work force, who works in underserved communities, particularly racial and ethnic minority population.

The ACA recognized the importance of increased diversity in the health Care workforce, the impact of its programs will limited by reductions in the funding originally authorized, the time limited scope of the legislation and the long pipeline needed to change the racial/Ethnic distribution if health Care professionals.
