Consultation is the tactic I can use to motivate team members. It involves getting others to participate in planning, making decisions, and changes. It would be done by following the below-given steps:
1. The first step will be getting to know each and every team member; their strengths and weaknesses.
2. The second step will be telling them about the task that has to be done or the problem that has to be solved.
3. It would involve assigning them the responsibilities according to their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Letting them know the benefits of communication, collaboration, and team efforts.
5. Motivating and encouraging them and give them the task to come with ideas to deal with the problems or bring change.
6. Listening to their ideas and suggestions patiently and helping them to reach the solution or undergo change.
7. Providing them the credit for whatever they brought to the table to solve the problem or for the change they brought.
