Employment discrimination law area under the regulation of fifth and fourteenth amendment of US constitution. This law prohibits the discrimination of people belonging to different race, ethnic background and cultural community. It prohibits the misuse of life, assests and properties of common people living in the society with protection of them for any kind of racial discrimination. There is 14th amendment which protects the citizens of society from getting violated in due process and equal protection of rights. The employees should be provided equal status without any circumstance of racial bias and discrimination. The amendment V further emphasizes that no citizen should be involved in responsible for commitment in crime unless there are valid proof of indlugence in crime. If a person is not found guilty then there is chance of compensation with reduction in punishment. The amendment number 14 provides distinct numbers to the citizens of the country of USA. The minimum age of voting for citizens in USA is 21 years of age. They are informed that those Indians who are exempted from taxation policies are not provided votes. The citizens should not be involved in any criminal activity and antisocial works which can cause harm to people in the society. Those people representing the legislative assembly, electoral process, qualifying for the post of President or Vice-president should not have been involved in any kind of electoral activity. Congress has the power and authority to take any decision regarding the welfare of the country USA for the benefit of its citizens.
