Planning ,decision making and training both have a very important role to play in the organizational culture in Healthcare sector. Each of the three have a important role in contribution of developing the organization sector in the organization.
The role of planning in organizational sector in Healthcare sector is tremendous. Without planning any organization whether it be the health care or other cannot operate in a proper way. Healthcare sector have to make a perfect planning of their short term middle term and long term objectives in developing the organizational culture. In Planning the profile roles and responsibilities of the people working within the organization are identified and accountability is set for them.
Decision making has its own role to play in the development of organizational sector in Healthcare. A strong decision making in the organization culture means that it can influence the organization more deeply as compared to weak cultured organizations. The same decision can make different effects in two different organization depends upon the organizational culture. If the organization culture is strong it will be easily accepted and if it is weak it will not be accepted.
