developing organizational cultures in healthcare

what are potential consequences if a Health Organization does not
have proper planning does not utilize effective design make models
and does not provide necessary training?
Planning ,decision making and training both have a very
important role to play in the organizational culture in Healthcare
sector. Each of the three have a important role in contribution of
developing the organization sector in the organization.
The role of planning in organizational sector in Healthcare sector
is tremendous. Without planning any organization whether it be the
health care or other cannot operate in a proper way. Healthcare
sector have to make a perfect planning of their short term middle
term and long term objectives in developing the organizational
culture. In Planning the profile roles and responsibilities of the
people working within the organization are identified and
accountability is set for them.
Decision making has its own role to play in the development of
organizational sector in Healthcare. A strong decision making in
the organization culture means that it can influence the
organization more deeply as compared to weak cultured
organizations. The same decision can make different effects in two
different organization depends upon the organizational culture. If
the organization culture is strong it will be easily accepted and
if it is weak it will not be accepted. The decision makers are to
be identified in organization and they have to layout procedures
for development of organizational culture and people within the
organization.
Training-
Training in any organization allows the employees to learn new
skills and improve their existing ones. They can perform better and
be more productive as leaders. In Healthcare sector training is
very crucial for the development of a strong organizational
culture. A good training program in the organization should
increase the performance up to the optimum level of the people
working in healthcare organizations. The training objective is to
increase the efficiency of the working staff.

staff will be untrained and inefficient to work. The the desired
result will be difficult to achieve without training.
If proper planning is not done in the organization. It will create
a lot of problem for the working staff. Without proper planning the
work assigned will not be clear, the planned duties and
responsibilities will not be assigned to the Employees. In simple
words without planning the entire system will not work.
Decision making is the key to an successful running of the
organization. Without decision making the organization will simply
not exist at the first place. The key people should make decisions
for proper working of the organization.
