Function : . The App is aimed at augmenting the initiatives of the Government of India, particularly the Department of Health, in proactively reaching out to and informing the users of the app regarding risks, best practices and relevant advisories pertaining to the containment of COVID-19.

This is a Government app which gives an alert for the current situation to tackle Covid-19. the Aarogya Setu app helped in contact tracing, and also raised one's alert level if one was in the vicinity of someone who had been tested Covid-19 positive. "It has been developed with a lot of consultation with stakeholders, and after looking into what other countries have done. It also acts as a medium to send out advisories, apart from giving you the ability to undertake self-assessment. I find that the stength of this app is its client is not a particular comminitte of people its just the whole world.Each and every individual is in need of this application . This is the major strength of this app.

The weakness of this app is that though it solves the problem there are few defects in the app like installation time and steps can be reduced . App developeing experts can be involved to reduce the defects.

Coronavirus cases are spreading like wildfire in India and across other nations and it gets mandatory to keep an eye on the virus and stay as updated as possible.
