There are some differences between twitter mobile app and websites in terms of :
Layout : The layout of the Twitter website is designed to give the user a feeling of using an app but there are still few difference like there are two column in website one for dynamic content like streaming of any tweet and one for static content and the profile information is on top while in mobile app there are four tabs on the top of screen with options similar to the website ( home,connect,discover and me )
Design : In website the discover tab looks more spacious and clear with information of trending Stories and hashtags while in mobile app the discover tab looks condensed and one has to dig deeper to look for information while in website every thing is readiky available
Content : There is not much difference between the content of mobile and website one can view everything from both sources there is just differences between layout and design.The content which one see in mobile is same as website
