1. Being an analyst, I realized due to working on multiple spreadsheet of data, process has become slow. If I combine the data it would be faster, and the reports can be gathered through consolidated sheets.I projected it alongwith noted down the required changes.Firstly I proposed this to my boss for approval and he approved it for me and other billing analysts as well.

Once the process rolled out to all of them, we noticed the improvement by reduction in time by 20 percent in research billing which lead to increase in customer satisfactiom by 10 percent.
