1. Knowledge on electrical engineering
Here the candidate should explain about the various electrical systems the canidate is fluent about. They will be looking in particular fundamental knowledge on electrical equipments including thier working and troubleshooting, operating principles and practical expertise. Candidate should explain any previous work experience in this regard or the projects or internships carried out.
2. Knowledge on mechanical engineering
Here the candidate should explain the knowledge on mechanical systems such as pumps, fluid dynamics, lathe, manufacturing process of materials, mechanics of materials, troubleshooting of mechanical components, service life of components, planned maintenance and overhaul intervals on mechanical systems.
3. Knowledge on Computer software
Here candidate can exlain about the computer softwares of day to day use such as microsoft office tools like word, powerpoint, excel, and pdf editing , installation of operating system, networking software proficiency etc.
4. Customer service should focus on providing quality and timely attention to the customer needs in such a manner that it will result in a positive outlook on the company by the customers.
