Leadership Induction : Induction of employees happens at all levels and when a new leader is joins an organization he/ she will be inducted on companies policies, mission, vision and the core responsibilities as a leader. This is called as leadership induction training program which is a great training effort provided by organizations.
New Manager training: In an organization when an individual contributor is hired or promoted as a people manager this new manager training will be conducted and this is another training effort provided by organizations.
New joinee’s development workshops: This is an era where organization concentrates more on development of employees. Hence the newly joined employees are encouraged to come up with their individual development plans which have to be synced up with the organizations development. Inorder to do these exercise workshops can be conducted and it acts as effective training effort provided by organizations.
Softskills training: Communication is the core tool for any employee to succeed in his work. Hence soft skills training come into picture as induction training where an employee should know how to communicate with the top management, peers and team members.
