Some of the organisations follow 20-70-10 system which is also called as vitality model under which, top 20 % of the workforce is considered as most productive, 70% of the workforce working adequately and remaining 10% are considered to be nonproducers. And this nonproducing work force is fired by the organisation.This process is also known as workforce ranking method.

If an employee wants to earn that designation in sales, marketing and customer service positions, he should resort to following:-

  • The person should work for the development of skills which are required to excel in the job.
  • The person should take charge at the workplace. He should try to boost morale of his colleagues.
  • The person should take up leadership opportunities at the work place. He can come forward to train the new interns as well.
  • The person should try to get along with the senior officials and be in their vision.
  • The person should speak up at the meetings with higher management and puy forward his suggestions and also advocate for his co-workers.
  • The peraon should be a professional by completing the given tasks within deadlines, replying to the mails on time and minding his behaviour.
  • The person should not comoare himself to other employees, rather try to docus on ens results and not just activities.
  • The must try to be a problem solver.
  • The person should try to point out the inefficiencies at the workplace and try to communicate them to the higher management.
  • The person should try to socialize more, stay positive, and try to be calm even if they are facing work pressure.
