The oximeter is Reading for _____% .
Assesment	Tell about patients Problem , Tell about the patient's Condition s that Normal or getting Worse
Recommendation	I suggest you to transfer the patient to Critical Care or No Need Ask About Patients Family And Inform About his Condition Any Other Further Tests Required - Ultrasound,ECG , EKG, ABG, CBC Any Change in Treatment Required Please Mention that too
