Here we will discuss the resources that reaped success to the Aurora along with how Aurora company uses them as growth drivers.  

There are many factors and resources which are responsible for the success of a company but here in the case of Aurora company, there were some internal resources or some internal factors which were responsible for the growth and success of the Aurora company.

The main internal resource that benefits the Aurora company was the fundings from the internal environment. Whenever in the case of Arora company need some points to be raised for future use it never took money from outsiders and prevented itself from unnecessary interest to be paid if it took money from outsiders.

the company also took care of the employees of the organization so that the employees would work effectively and efficiently and give their 100% to the company. employees are the human capital of the organization and considered to be as the internal resource hence in this way the internal resource of human capital came really handy.

The company also took care of the legalities such as proper patents, copyrights so that no one should point out a finger on the company.
