What are the three major activities that must occur to ensure that goals of the end business, consumers and analytics professionals align? Which activity do you think is the most difficult and why?

The organisational leaders/managers needs to consider the data analytics, and customers' wants, with a strategic approach to undertake activities that aligns the work setup and use of resources with an effective executive support.

* Organisational alignment: this involves the management or leaders to identify, prioritise and create a clear way to solve any problems and reach the desired gaols. It is important to have direction, proper technology and processes, to align the time, resources and data.
* Endorsements and sponsorship by executives; executives or the leaders must understand the rational and factual decision making process, identify the experts who can generate and use the data by observations, socialising and studying the business groups. Endorsing and sponsoring the consumption of the data by experts needs to be done to increase organisational value.
* Investment to hire analytical expert: the firm must hire talented analytical experts, and offer them competitive pay package, great workplace and retain them to meet the goals, by utilising their expertise to satisfy the customers and understand the buying patterns.
For me, investment made to hire experts and human capital, who are capable to use data analytics and can support the organisation to align it's activities, is an important thing. Because, if there are no right people in the workplace, then the management or leaders can't execute any plans and there will be no proper utilisation of information and resources.
